Nyssa AI

00Consulting

Three ways to put AI to work the right way.

Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. From there, we work in three shapes — same approach, different depth, duration, and ownership.

01Diagnostic

Diagnostic Engagement

$8,000fixed, 20 hours

Fit for: Leaders who suspect AI should be useful here but don't trust the answers they keep getting from vendors and freelancers.

A short, fixed-scope assessment of where AI fits in your operation and where it doesn't. We map the work, figure out which parts should be AI and which parts should be code, and hand you a pilot plan you can act on.

Deliverables

  • Written assessment of where you stand on AI today
  • A recommended approach tailored to your operation
  • Pilot plan with scope, sequencing, and what success looks like
  • Optional walkthrough with your team

02Implementation

Implementation Engagement

Scoped per engagementmulti-month

Fit for: Organizations ready to put AI into production with someone accountable for outcomes, audit posture, and handing it off to your team.

We build a working AI workflow on your stack — operations, customer service, finance, HR, or wherever AI needs to be reliable. The workflow pairs language models with engineered code so each step has a name, runs the same way every time, and leaves a trail you can audit.

Deliverables

  • A working AI workflow running on your infrastructure
  • Tracing and observability built in, not bolted on
  • Documentation that travels with the software
  • Handoff with your team trained to run it and extend it

03Fractional CAIO

Fractional Chief AI Officer

$8,000per month, 20 hours

Fit for: Mid-market organizations that need senior AI judgment in the room but can't justify (or fill) a $300K–$500K full-time hire.

Senior AI leadership without a full-time hire. The Fractional CAIO owns the approach, vendor and architecture choices, and the bar for what AI looks like across your teams. Higher tiers at 40 and 60 hours per month are available when the work calls for it.

Deliverables

  • A consistent approach across your AI initiatives
  • Vendor and architecture decisions, with the reasoning written down
  • Direct involvement in the implementations that matter most
  • Monthly reporting and a risk picture you can share with the board

04Who We Work With

Mid-market operators where AI needs to be reliable.

Typically $50M–$500M in revenue. Industries where audits happen and details matter: financial services, healthcare, regulated manufacturing, professional services, and other operations-heavy work.

We work with whatever AI platform and stack you already use. We measure success in working software and traceable outcomes — not in vendor logos.
